Property Safekeeping and Inspections
Regular property inspections are extremely important from a security standpoint. Additionally, regular inspections are essential for consistent ventilation and for conducting detailed checks of all rooms to promptly detect and resolve any potential issues.

Supervision
Services We Offer:

By contracting our maintenance services according to your specifications, you will receive the following services:

- Cleaning of the property according to the agreed scope and schedule

- Documentation of all performed tasks
We offer the option to combine services to best suit your needs.
Supervision Services
The basic package includes regular supervision of the property or vessel, with identification of any damages or malfunctions.
- Inspections and checks twice a month, plus additional visits in case of adverse weather conditions
- Inspection of water, electricity, and gas installations
- Checking the functionality of household appliances and white goods
- Reading water and electricity meters
- Collecting mail and bills, with payment/forwarding to the owner if agreed
- Thorough ventilation of the property
- Safekeeping of the house or apartment key, and upon your request and approval, handing the key over to your guests, friends, or contractors
The supervision of a property is finalized by signing a Supervision Agreement after an inspection of the property and the preparation of a Condition Report for the property or vessel.
We tailor and adjust the service package individually, according to your requirements and preferences.
The contract can be concluded for a period of 6 or 12 months.
We will prepare a price quote based on the agreed service package, the type and location of the property, and the desired frequency of supervision.
Maintenance Services
Whether your property is newer or older, regular maintenance is essential to preserve its appearance and functionality.
We provide organization, supervision, and/or execution of corrective works, repairs, or complete property renovations.

Vessel Supervision and Maintenance
Whether newer or older, a vessel must be regularly maintained. Through constant supervision and quality maintenance, we ensure the longevity of your vessel and its equipment.
All supervision and maintenance services are performed professionally and responsibly, with regular reports sent on supervision or maintenance work carried out.
Regular maintenance includes:
- Periodic vessel inspections
- Engine startup and inspection
- Battery check
- Ventilation of the vessel
- Photographic documentation of the vessel
- Visual inspection of the interior and exterior
- Examination of bilge areas
- Regular engine inspections and servicing
- Electrical system checks
- Supervision in Case of Adverse Weather
If needed and in agreement with the owner, we also offer the following services:
- Technical support and repairs
- Supervision and safekeeping of the vessel during the winter
- Servicing
- Care of the vessel, such as cleaning and washing
- Spare parts and procurement

Even without an agreed service package, we offer individual services as needed:
- Property inspection outside the standard service scope and/or after adverse weather events, with reports sent via email
- Yard maintenance (mowing, watering, repairs, cleaning, etc.)
- Property cleaning
- Property inspection upon the owner's request
- Property inspection and minor repairs before the owner's arrival
- Various additional services by agreement with the owner, not listed
We organize and/or supervise interventions that include all repairs, renovations, and adaptations, such as: construction (interior and exterior), electrical installations, plumbing installations, air conditioning systems, and other repairs.
